Join Empowered Yoga and The Mosaic Centre for a celebration of the longest day of the year in Alberta’s only commercial building powered by the sun. We are taking donations for Ronald MCDONALD house for the class.

The summer is a season of abundant energy, growth, expansion creativity and transformation.

We will be offering both a 6:00am Sunrise class in addition to an 8:00pm Sunset class on the roof of the beautiful Mosaic Centre.

In honour of fire element these classes will stoke the internal fire, burning toxins, increasing vitality and strengthening will power. It is within our “power center” that we build the strength and courage to be ourselves. With great power comes great responsibility. We must be willing to leave passivity behind; to leave behind the way it has always been, to transform our habits, to individuate, and to be the change we wish to see in the world. The fire from our core transforms us, igniting our life with purpose and vitality. In each session expect a deep awakening and strengthening practice full of core work, twists and movement that will stoke your inner fire and connect you to your core followed by some nourishing restorative postures and deep relaxation surrendering into bliss.

While there is no charge for these classes due to limited capacity we require you to register to save your spot.

Investment

Tickets are free however if you would like to bring a donation we will be joining The Workshop Eatery in offering all proceeds to Ronald McDonald House.

If you reserve more than one spot-please provide the name and email of additional guests.

A deposit is required to hold your spot. Deposits are not refundable. Cancelations up to 30 days prior to the event may be issued a credit with Empowered Yoga to be used towards a different program. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a credit or refund the deposit within 30 days of the event. Certificates of completion may be issued upon the successful completion of the requirements above.
