As a mindfulness-based therapist, I utilize a variety of tools and therapies that allow clients to become more curious about who and how they are, how they might have ended up here, and what else might be possible. Integration and wholeness over perfection. Mindfulness-based therapy may also be referred to as a sort of courageous presence whereby we compassionately meet ourselves with the guidance of a non-judgmental therapist.
I order to better support a variety of clients I utilize a variety of modalities and tools including
- Somatic Stress Release
- Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT skills)
- Compassion Focussed Therapy
- Attachment and Narrative focused therapies
- Yoga and mindfulness
Counseling fees are $150/HR or $200/90Min session. A sliding scale is available for those who need financial assistance. I do not directly bill and different insurance plans cover different types of therapies. Please consult your insurance plan for information on coverage.
