BEology mindfulness based wellness combines the science of inner peace and the art of living on purpose. This program takes mindfulness discourse and applies it to everyday living utilizing simple meditation practices and self-reflection processes from psychology. Think mindfulness and meditation meets group therapy. In this 10-week course, you will be provided with a weekly booklet from our new BEology: The science of inner-peace and art of living on purpose book in addition to a pre-recorded discussion from one of our live BEology 10-week groups.
